These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Furova mobile application ("App") operated by Furova ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Furova. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 17 years of age or older. If you are under 17, you may not use the App.

Furova offers a free Starter plan and a paid Furova Plus plan.
Furova Plus pricing:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.
All sales are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard App Store refund policy. All pricing is in US dollars and subject to change with notice.
New users receive a 7-day free trial of Furova Plus. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends. Only one free trial is permitted per user.
Furova includes community features where users can post content and interact with nearby pet owners. By using community features, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate them.
You retain ownership of content you post on Furova. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.
You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you post and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Furova's AI-powered logging and pet care tips are for informational and tracking purposes only. They do not constitute veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical concerns about your pet. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided through the App.
Furova uses your location to show nearby content and services. By enabling location services, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. Location data is never shared with other users in precise form — only general neighborhood information is displayed.
You may not use Furova to:
The Furova name, logo, app design, and all related content are owned by Furova and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Furova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furova and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms at furova.app/terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
