Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Download Furova from the App Store, open the app, and enter your email address. Every time you sign in, a new one-time verification code will be sent to your email โ€” enter it and you're in. No password required, and no code is ever reused.

How do I add my pet?

After signing in, tap the "+" button on the home screen to add your first pet. You can enter their name, species, breed, age, weight, and add a photo. You can add up to 1 pet on the free tier, or unlimited pets with Furova Plus.

Is Furova available on Android?

Currently Furova is available on iOS only. Android support is planned for a future update.

What's included in Furova Plus?

Furova Plus includes unlimited pet profiles, AI-powered health logging, no ads, unlimited reminders, full community features including posting and commenting, and your pet's complete health history.

How do I upgrade to Furova Plus?

Tap the crown icon or any locked feature in the app to see the upgrade screen. You can choose monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($99.99/year) billing. Payment is processed securely through Apple.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Furova โ†’ Cancel Subscription. Your Plus access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Will I lose my data if I downgrade?

No. All your pet data, health logs, and history are preserved. You'll just lose access to Plus features until you resubscribe.

Features

How does the AI Health Logger work?

Just type or speak naturally โ€” for example, "Bailey ate half his food and seemed tired today." The AI understands your message and automatically categorizes and logs it as a health entry. Available to Furova Plus subscribers.

How does the Emergency Vet Finder work?

The Emergency Vet Finder uses your location to show the nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary clinics. It's always free, even on the Starter plan. In a poison emergency, you can also call the ASPCA Poison Control Hotline at 888-426-4435.

Why does Furova need my location?

Location is used to show nearby parks, vets, and pet stores on the map, and to display distance on community posts. Your exact location is never shared with other users โ€” only approximate distances are shown. You can use the app without granting location access.

Account & Privacy

How do I delete my account?

Go to your profile in the app โ†’ Settings โ†’ Delete Account. All your personal data including pets, health logs, and community posts will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Does Furova sell my data?

No. Furova never sells your personal information to third parties. We only collect what's needed to make the app work. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
